Not distracted. Not scrolling. Not watching TV to numb out. Not checking your phone every five minutes.
Actually relaxed.
If you’ve been feeling more impatient, more reactive, more emotional, more exhausted, or more overwhelmed than usual, your body may be asking for something you’ve been putting off for a long time:
A chance to finally slow down.
Most people spend their lives carrying stress, pressure, expectations, responsibility, old hurts, and emotions they never had time to process.
They become so accustomed to carrying it that they don’t even realize how heavy it has become.
Until they snap.
Until they shut down.
Until they no longer recognize themselves.
This experience was created to give you a safe place to set it all down.
No fixing.
No performing.
No pretending you’re okay.
Just space to reconnect with yourself, release what no longer belongs to you, and remember what calm feels like.
Because the version of you beneath the stress is still there.
And she deserves your attention too.
Join us August 15th at 1pm

Release deeply held physical tension. Feel anchored, rested, and physically at ease.

Shed the exhaustion of burnout. Step back into your life feeling replenished and aligned.

Clear away the mental static and overwhelm. Leave with a quiet, spacious headspace.
Experience a 120-minute guided breathwork session designed to regulate your nervous system.

Elisha Mae believes there’s nothing wrong with you.
After living with rheumatoid arthritis for more than two decades, she knows what it’s like to live in a body that feels like it’s asking for help.
That journey led her to explore the profound connection between stress, the nervous system, and the body’s innate capacity to heal, adapt, and recover.
Through years of facilitating and supporting hundreds of people navigating overwhelm, anxiety, burnout, and life’s inevitable challenges, she’s discovered that so many of us aren’t broken—we’re simply carrying more than our bodies were ever meant to hold.
If you’ve spent years holding it all together, overthinking, people-pleasing, staying busy, or feeling responsible for everyone else, your body may simply be asking for a chance to slow down.
Elisha creates a safe, supportive space where you can put down what you’ve been carrying, reconnect with your body, and remember what it feels like to live with greater ease, presence, and vitality.

“I felt amazing afterward—like I had released something I didn’t even realize I was holding onto.”
